For most of my life I have been trying to be at my best in terms of health and physical fitness. One day, at age 15, I was having too much junk food and got tired of feeling out-of-shape. Always looking for improvement in exercise and diet is what gave me a scientific way of thinking.

At age 63 I have lived my life in nearly perfect health and am doing daily workouts that I would have been very pleased with as a teenager.

This book is about what I have found. It doesn't tell you a bunch of stuff that you already know or could easily look up online. Most people don't keep up their New Year's Resolutions, and fitness programs have a very high casualty rate. This book points out the crucial differences between those that succeed and those that don't

This is about how to make continuous progress in health and fitness a part of your life. There are numerous diet and fitness routines, but everyone's body and mind is different and this is how to get to the one that is absolutely the best for you.

This is for people who want to be at their best but are always in a hurry, without a lot of time. This goal is within reach of anyone and requires no more money than you already spend. You do not necessarily need to join a gym and it certainly requires no supplements, exotic foods or, medical procedures.

I want all of my readers to be absolutely the best that they can be, and want to do what I can to bring that about.
