As I do my writing here I have my souvenir model of the Empire State Building to remind me how fortunate I am to live in the same state with this great city.
On this twentieth anniversary of 9/11 I would like to express solidarity with New York City, on behalf of those of us upstate in the Buffalo area. New York is stronger than ever and this attempt to damage it was a complete failure.
But I still have never been to the Met.
In support of our most important city we are going to be revisiting it on our weekly visits.
