This is in regard to the scenario explained in the parallel postings, "The End Of The World As We Know It" and "Inducing The Apocalypse", both June 2025.
Jesus foretold that there would be an increase in earthquakes during the "Last Days". This week there was another powerful earthquake, in northern Afghanistan.
Jesus also foretold that there would be "wars and rumors of wars" in the Last Days. Most of the attention goes to the wars in Gaza and Ukraine but there are actually so many conflicts that we can scarcely keep track of them. Donald Trump is already having boats from Venezuela and Colombia attacked. Now he is discussing armed intervention in Mexico and Nigeria. These can be considered as "rumors of wars", even if they don't turn into actual wars.
People in the Last Days are described as having a "mark" on their right hand or forehead, in the Book of Revelation. I explained my reason for concluding that this refers to phones and facial recognition technology. St. John was an ancient man, without the slightest concept of modern technology. He was given a vision of the distant future and described it as best he could. The U.S. is now going to use facial recognition technology at all border crossings.
We know that the Antichrist will be from Europe. The headquarters of the European Union is in Belgium. This week it was Belgium that was getting buzzed by hostile drones. The drones focused on military installations and shut down the country's main airport. What would make Europe stronger is to have one powerful leader. Maybe the Antichrist will emerge to deal with this.
The U.S. and Russia have not tested nuclear weapons in a long time. Now the governments of both are discussing a resumption of testing. Just one more thing to alarm the world.
