There are statues of buffalo, the animal, all around the City of Buffalo. It is the symbol of the city even though the animal wasn't native to the area. The buffalo is actually the national mammal of the United States, although not the national symbol. I believe that symbolism is a powerful force and America would be much better off with the buffalo as it's national symbol.

On December 27, 1983, there was a devastating warehouse explosion near downtown Buffalo. It was accidental, caused by a propane leak. I have noticed a lot of amazing numerology about how this relates to world events leading to the Apocalypse.
