When Donald Trump is photographed in the White House, you may notice all of the gold-on-white ornamentation in the background. He also often wears a gold tie against the background of a white shirt. Remember that Donald Trump is really a king and this is part of the scenario that we saw in the posting "Donald I", September 2025. Donald Trump likens himself to Louis XIV, who built the palace at Versailles. The following four images, from Google Street View, show the extensive gold-on-white ornamentation in that palace.
People Magazine this week featured a pilot who noticed what looks like a plane just below the surface of the water in the lagoon of Nikumaroro Atoll. This is where Amelia's Earhart may have been forced to land on her ill-fated attempt to fly around the world. No trace of her or the plane have ever been found. Walmart was in the news this week for trying out a method of computerized pricing of items, where AI would adjust the price to reflect the demand for it. I believe that this continuous and automatic fluidity of prices could help to prevent recessions. We saw this in "Could Rideshare Pricing Technology Prevent A Recession"?, December 2025.
